Talent Partnerships Manager (Full-Time)

Exclusively representing the biggest names in mobile content and most talented players in mobile esports, Tribe’s powerhouse of creators has garnered 20+ million subscribers and 110+ million monthly views on YouTube alone, and Tribe’s esports teams compete in five major mobile titles – having won multiple world championships. 

In 2021, Tribe Gaming raised funding from Spurs Sports & Entertainment, and announced multiple first-of-their-kind partnerships within mobile gaming. Tribe Gaming is based in Austin, Texas with contractors located around the world.

About the role:

Tribe Gaming is looking for a Talent Partnerships Manager to help drive our high-impact sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Tribe Gaming brand, as well as our mission to drive forward mobile gaming. They’ll be personable, efficient and a high performer in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company environment and will be responsible for day-to-day management and growth of Tribe’s talent partnership revenue.


  • Owning and maintaining partner and agency relationships, related to talent-specific activations
  • Negotiation of campaign rates, including nuanced brand deal terms
  • Outreach to prospective clients — both direct partners, as well as agencies
  • Leading and facilitating internal and external sales communications with talent, alongside relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and own client handoffs with internal execution teams, with ability to handle execution as needed
  • Identify and secure talent before campaign launch via successful outreach and expectation management
  • Innovate and develop new, impactful offerings within the mobile gaming value chain


  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
  • Passion for the Tribe brand, mission, and culture
  • Understanding of the influencer universe

Nice to haves:

  • Past advertising agency experience
  • Esports or talent management experience
  • Past branded and sponsor/client work
  • Understanding of mobile gaming
