This is the third time Zoulan, Tyrant, Ezlivi, and Cori have taken home first place this year, and have no plan on stopping any time soon.

This victory extends our gracious lead on the NA Leaderboards but that doesn’t mean we can settle down just yet. With double points in this half of the Brawl Esports year, anything can happen and we have to make sure to lock it down,

Mobile FPS content is about to explode more than ever, welcome to Tribe Frags.

Led by co-owner Ferg alongside HawksNest, ImOw, and Godzly, Tribe Frags is the cultural center of mobile FPS. These four (plus special guests) will be taking the content ceiling and raising it to new heights.

“Launching Frags is an exciting new step for our company, and it gives us the unique opportunity to expand our content footprint with a premium sub-brand,” said our co-founder Jonathan Sakoucky.  “Mobile FPS has been rapidly growing, especially in 2022, and Frags is our new vehicle to give mobile-first fans what they want. Frags will allow us to produce content we’ve never had the opportunity to produce before – just check out episode one for proof!”

TAKING A BREAK | WILD RIFT

All great things must come to an end, and with this we are officially taking a step back from Wild Rift and are parting ways with our Wild Rift team: MaxGreen, Chuck, ttigers, Starting, & DNZio.

Looking back, this team was truly special. They won multiple NA majors AND the North American Championship last year to get a ticket to the Horizon Cup, Wild Rifts’ first international event. 

This year hasn’t been the same success story as last year, however these players are still some of the best talent in North America and should be recognized as that. They will be forever etched in Tribe history.

As for our future in Wild Rift, the answer still remains uncertain. This isn’t a goodbye, but rather a see you later.

MAY MONTHLY FINAL CHAMPIONS | BRAWL STARS

Don’t mind us as we’re just grabbing another Monthly Finals Championship.

Zoulan, Tyrant, Ezlivi, and Cori got the job done this past weekend but it wasn’t the easiest. They had to make an intense comeback after dropping a set to Chasmac in the first round.

Nonetheless, they took the first round and then had a smooth cruise to the Finals where they swept Nando Lover 3-0 to take home the second Monthly Finals Championship this year.

With MSI next month, this victory was all the momentum we could’ve asked for.

About the Role:

As a Tribe Frags Video Editor, you will be expected to lead the post-production phase on many of our biggest projects, working in close collaboration with our Content Producers to deliver a polished final product. There will be a healthy balance of creative feedback and direction given to you, we also expect the Editor in this position to be able to pick up raw materials and make use of creative freedom to lead and deliver a compelling piece of content.

We love video games, therefore an ideal candidate has a passion for the gaming culture and is able to speak the lingo. Additionally, all of our content is released on YouTube or other social media, so you should have a strong understanding of online video formats.

What you will be doing:

You will be an editor on the fastest growing mobile FPS gaming channel: Tribe Frags. You’ll be editing content featuring some of the biggest creators in the scene. You will be tasked with helping pushing the boundaries for mobile gaming content and will have the opportunity to flex your own creative prowess on the channel.

What you should bring:

  • 3+ years of editing
  • Proficient with the Adobe CC video suite
  • Familiar with codecs, LUTS and post-processes
  • A keen sense of humor similar to the already established Tribe Frags identity
  • Ability to rotoscope and create 3D animations
  • Understanding of YouTube/Gaming Videos
  • Able to color correct and mix audio
  • Knowledge of current YouTube trends
  • Can build motion graphics/text
  • Mandatory for consideration: Readily available reel, website, and/or portfolio

  • A passion for mobile gaming, games, their creators, and the ecosystem

April All-Stars | Brawl Stars EU April Monthly Champions!

Our EU Brawl Stars team are champions once again!

After placing 2nd at the hands of rivals SK Gaming in the March Finals, Tom, Drage, and Yoshi did not want a repeat in the April Finals. This time, we aimed for first place, 100 Brawl Stars Championship Points, and $9,000 in prize money.

The team burst out of the gate with sweeps over STMN Esports EU and Totem Esports. They faced CraZe Clan in the finals, where they started with a 2-0 lead. 

They narrowly escaped a CraZe reverse sweep, clinching not just the April Monthly Finals, but the top spot in the region and a ticket to MSI.

Major 3 Champions! | Wild Rift

Our Wild Rift team meant business at WNS Major 3, clearing out the competition while avoiding a single match loss!

Chuck, ttigers, Starting, DNZio, and MaxGreen were electric from start to finish. After starting with clean sweeps against Demons and SAINT, they continued their run by slapping SuzakuGG 2-0 – securing our spot in the Grand Finals.

Capping off a long day of play, we swept SuzakuGG in the finals – not only did that make us Major 3 champions, but it punched our ticket to the WNS Season 1 Finals in Minnesota!

Tribe Gaming announces collaboration with Mavia

AUSTIN, TX (March 17th, 2022) – Tribe Gaming is announcing its first foray into P2E gaming, via an official collaboration with Mavia – a play-to-earn MMO strategy game developed by Skrice Studios. 

With top mobile gaming creators, and the leading mobile gaming competitive teams globally – including a recent 2021 World Championship in Call of Duty: Mobile – Tribe is expanding its initiatives to include blockchain gaming.

Through the collaboration, Tribe has acquired dozens of land based NFTs in Mavia, where Tribe branding will uniquely appear in the game.
