These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tribegaming.gg website and the Tribe Gaming Analytics platform (together, the "Services"), operated by Tribe Gaming, a United States company ("Tribe Gaming", "we", "us"). By accessing the website or connecting an account to the Analytics platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Tribe Gaming Analytics is a private dashboard that lets Tribe Gaming creators and their managers view growth and content analytics for the social accounts a creator chooses to connect. When a creator connects an account, we read read-only metrics and content metadata (such as views, subscribers/followers, engagement, and video or post titles) from the platforms they connect: YouTube/Google, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Trovo, and Discord. The website provides public information about Tribe Gaming.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Services. Access to the Analytics platform is provided to Tribe Gaming creators and authorized personnel only. When you connect an account, you represent that you own it or are authorized to connect it, and you are responsible for activity that occurs through your access.
You connect accounts through each platform's official OAuth flow and grant read-only access. We never see or store your passwords, and you can revoke access at any time (see "Revoking access" below). Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms — including, where applicable, the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the terms of Twitch, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), X, Trovo, and Discord. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Services, including their software, design, text, and the Tribe Gaming name and logos, are owned by Tribe Gaming or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose; no other rights are granted. Content and metrics belonging to your connected accounts remain yours.
Analytics are derived from data supplied by third-party platforms through their APIs. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete, or continuously available. Platforms may change, limit, or discontinue their APIs at any time, which can affect or interrupt features of the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribe Gaming will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You can disconnect any connected account at any time — inside the Tribe Gaming Analytics app, at the provider's connected-apps settings, or by emailing privacy@tribegaming.gg. When you revoke access or ask us to delete, we delete the associated connected-account data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated or to protect the Services or their users.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
