About this role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Partnership Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in generating revenue and building strong brand partnerships. They will be responsible for identifying and securing brand partnership opportunities that align with Tribe Gaming’s goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a history of closing deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with Tribe’s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and research potential brands, including corporations, businesses, and individuals, who may be interested in partnering with Tribe.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current brands while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and renew agreements.
  • Create compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of potential brands and partners.
  • Pitching brands, media agencies and prospective clients about Tribe’s unique product offerings and how we can deliver against their marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, including terms, pricing, and deliverables, while ensuring a win-win outcome for both Tribe and brands.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and sponsorship activation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and brand best practices to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of sales agreements.

What it takes to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing deals in sponsorship, media or digital sales, with 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique sponsorship ideas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Local to Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office 3+ days per week.

Content Producer

About the Role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Content Producer to join our growing team in Austin, TX. As a Content Producer at Tribe Gaming, you will be expected to lead various serial and one-off type content series and will be hands-on from early-stage concepting to delivering the final piece internally. Working hand in hand with other creatives on the team, such as Content Producers, Social Media Managers, Editors, Motion Designers and our Creative Director. At Tribe Gaming, collaboration and execution are crucial to our success. You will join a young and dynamic team that is always hungry to develop and evolve our content. You should be curious about (mobile) gaming and the content universe in general, and demonstrate comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

You will be working on a wide variety of content ranging from filming polished partnership announcements, flying across the globe to cover our competitive squads, or filming challenge-type content with a large group of creators in Austin. Not only will you be expected to shoot but also be sufficiently skilled in editing, which can include on-site editing or elaborate, docu-style content. Additionally, you will be collaborating with the creative content team to assist in planning and ideating future content that is aligned with our content strategy.

What you should bring:

  • 3+ years of professional shooting and editing
  • Experience with lighting, audio, and video equipment
  • Proficient with the Adobe CC video suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills so that you can constructively direct talent and crew
  • Comfortability in exercising creative expression and confidence in your work
  • Knowledge of YouTube trends and the importance of crafting a clickable Title and Thumbnail
  • Strong communication skills so that you can manage all aspects of production effectively and efficiently
  • Valid passport for domestic and international travel
  • Local to Austin Texas or ability to relocate
  • Readily available reel, website, and/or portfolio
