About this role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking a Partnership Account Coordinator who will be tasked with the role of both; assisting in the execution and project management of campaigns and activations that are closed by our sales team, as well as working with a Senior Account Manager to learn from and eventually manage clients where necessary as the sole executor of the project. This role will play a crucial role in delivering successful activations and maintaining strong client relationships. They will be responsible for managing communication with clients, assisting the execution of activations, and collecting post-campaign metrics to create reports for clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager on; the execution of campaign and influencer activations, overseeing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including coordinating with influencers, managing deliverables, overseeing owned and operated videos, and ensuring successful live/experiential activations.
  • Acting as either a main point of contact or supporting point of contact for clients, serving as a liaison between the organization and clients, relaying internal feedback to clients, attending meetings, providing regular updates, fulfilling client requests, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Clearly communicating client expectations to all relevant teams within the organization, ensuring that deliverables and projects are completed on time and meet the required standards of satisfaction.
  • Tracking activations and providing reporting, monitoring the progress and performance of campaigns, collecting relevant data and metrics and creating monthly reports for clients in order to offer insights and recommendations based on the campaign results.
  • Assisting in the financial aspect of activations, invoicing clients, tracking down payments and ensuring that talent are paid.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, consistently seeking to positively impact client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing excellent service and being responsive to client needs.
  • Providing top-notch service to clients, ensuring that clients’ concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed client expectations.
  • Improving the efficiency of campaign operations, actively seeking opportunities to streamline and optimize the account management workflow, identifying areas where processes can be improved, and making suggestions for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

What it takes to be successful:

  • 1+ years of experience in an account management role or relevant industry experience
  • A self-motivated and independent individual who can navigate relationships with talent, publishers and clients and handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of YouTube, Twitter, and other social platforms in order to to effectively communicate and coordinate with influencers and understand the best practices for social media activations.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges or issues that arise during the campaign process.
  • Able to work collaboratively with various teams and departments within the organization. This includes coordinating with the sales team, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • A broad understanding of different types of social media activations familiar with industry best practices in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to partners, talent, and clients.
  • Responsive, proactive, and able to effectively communicate across several verticals.
  • Local to Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office 3+ days per week.

About this role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Director of Accounts to join our team! In this role you will oversee the Accounts team responsible for managing all Tribe Gaming and Swipe Up related gaming and brand partnerships. In this key leadership role, you will define the Accounts Team’s goals and strategies, ensuring effective execution and delivery of campaigns while managing partner relationships and renewals. You will be responsible for developing and refining processes to ensure a consistent, white-glove experience across all partners, driving collaboration and aligning team efforts with strategic goals in order to foster and grow long term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the Accounts team for all Tribe Gaming and Swipe Up related campaigns, providing mentorship and strategic leadership to the team.
  • Manage the team’s day to day operations through workload prioritization, and supporting time management to foster individual growth and maximize team performance.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance on partnership execution, working closely with the account management team to ensure client needs are met and campaigns are delivered successfully.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners by understanding their goals, providing tailored solutions, and driving alignment with Tribe Gaming’s objectives.
  • Proactively strategize on opportunities to improve account performance and develop solutions that address evolving partner needs.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create upselling opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Regularly evaluate campaign execution processes and implement improvements to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery and satisfaction with partners.
  • Manage the reporting process for external relationships, ensuring timely delivery of performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Foster a healthy relationship between Tribe and talent through high quality work in order to yield stronger performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client-facing roles, within the gaming/influencer marketing industries.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on mentoring, development, and driving performance.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term partnership relationships.
  • Advanced client management skills, especially as it relates to setting and managing client expectations and a client-first approach with results-driven performance.
  • Exceptional professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work for yourself and a team.
  • Ability to supervise concurrent projects and the teams supporting them, including oversight of client budgets, timelines and deliverables.
  • Analytical and proactive thinker with a self-starter personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Local to Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office 3+ days per week.
