Who we are:
Tribe Gaming is the leading mobile gaming content collective, founded in 2017 by content creator Patrick “Chief Pat” Carney to drive the growth of mobile gaming media, entertainment, and esports. Exclusively representing the biggest names in mobile content and the most talented players in mobile esports, Tribe’s powerhouse of creators has garnered 20+ million subscribers and 180+ million monthly views on YouTube alone, and Tribe’s esports teams have competed across major mobile titles – having won multiple world championships.
In 2021, Tribe Gaming raised funding from Spurs Sports & Entertainment and has continued to pave new roads in the mobile gaming industry. Tribe Gaming is based in Austin, Texas with contractors located around the world.
About this role:
Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Content Producer to join our growing team! As a Content Producer at Tribe Gaming, you will be expected to lead various content productions and will be hands-on from early-stage concepting to shooting to supervising post production. Working hand in hand with other creatives on the team, such as Content Producers, Social Media Managers, Editors, Motion Designers and our Creative Director. At Tribe Gaming, collaboration and execution are crucial to our success. You will join a young and dynamic team that is always hungry to develop and evolve our content. You should be curious about (mobile) gaming and content creation and demonstrate comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work across a wide variety of content ranging from filming polished partnership announcements, flying across the globe to cover our competitive squads or filming content with a large group of creators in Austin.
- Shoot content, including coordinating shoots with internal stakeholders and creators/talent
- Concept, Produce, and Supervise remote content with our creators
- Manage editors, providing feedback on video edits and ensuring content is delivered on time and within the expectations set with internal stakeholders and/or the client
- Collaborate with the creative content team to assist in planning and ideating future content that is aligned with our content strategy.
- Participate in content team brainstorms & creative sessions
- Work with the creative team on developing design and graphic assets
- Research longform content trends and push the boundaries of what we produce
- Help coordinate and lead projects with contractors and outside talent
What it takes to be successful:
- 3+ years of professional shooting and editing
- Experience with lighting, audio, and video equipment
- A strong eye for composition and other shooting practices
- Proficiency with the Adobe CC video suite
- Strong interpersonal skills so that you can constructively direct talent and crew
- Comfortability in exercising creative expression and confidence in your work
- Knowledge of YouTube trends and the importance of crafting a clickable Title and Thumbnail
- Strong communication skills so that you can manage all aspects of production effectively and efficiently
- Valid passport for domestic and international travel
- Local to Austin Texas or ability to relocate
- Readily available reel, website, and/or portfolio

Zeus, Luffy, RBM, Killer and Sugus saw Tribe Gaming out of the 2024 Brawl Stars World Finals, so this year they’ll take no chances and get the job done as soon as possible.
Different month, same story. We were locked in from the start, securing a 3-1 win over the Mountain Men, which only paved the way for the Semi-Finals and the Grand Finals. Since we were scared of getting dusty, we decided to sweep both of them, proving once again that we’re the best in North America.
We really can’t wait for the back-to-back-to-back-to-back. However, this time it won’t be another Monthly Final. It will be our first test against the rest of the world. The best of North America against the best of every region, but only one can hoist the Brawl Cup. See you in DreamHack Dallas.

MARCH MONTHLY FINALS CHAMPIONS
There’s one thing in common between Monthly Finals and pizza slices. One is never enough.
Zeus, Luffy, RBM, Killer and Sugus witnessed what it’s like to sit on top of the North American leaderboard for a month and they really liked it. That’s why they decided to double it and keep it to themselves.
The first matchup of the day was the closest so far this year. We had to go through the whole five game series, but managed to outlast the Eternals. We then faced off against Code OG, but we easily broke the code and moved on to the Grand Final with a clear 3-0 under our belt. BC Gaming soon met us there and after a few intense games–Heist draw and Bo draft included–we were successful in retaining our title as the Monthly Final Champions for another month.
Our performances so far show that we’re a force to be reckoned with. The World Finals are slowly approaching, but until then we have another chance to test our strength. The Brawl Cup is the new official mid-season championship, where the best team from each region is invited to fight against each other, for a chance to earn another World Final or LCQ slot for their region (and $50,000). North America, you’re in good hands.

CLASH OF CLANS 2025
To the Clash of Clans gods—PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
Every year we make our presence known in the World Finals. Seriously, there’s no way you haven’t heard our shouts on the stage or our fans at the stands. We’re also one of the most consistent teams as we (almost) always reach the podium. Third, second, second again… My heart can’t take it anymore, it’s time to climb on the highest step!
Cronos, Nebrax, Riqirez, Teemper, pCastro, Stephan, Sir iron, Satans and Mech are here to break the curse. With just two more players they could double down as a soccer team, but their chances of lifting the Clash of Clans trophy are much higher. That’s why they’re representing Tribe. Some of them have become real legends, some are new and ready to prove their worth. However, they all share the same hunger to win it all. The journey will be long but we’ll waste no time, not even a second.

FEBRUARY MONTHLY FINAL CHAMPIONS
New year, new team, new format. But one thing never changes—Tribe Gaming is the best in North America.
It may have been their debut, but Zeus, Luffy, RBM, Killer and Sugus played like true veterans. They knew what it means to be a part of Tribe and they were ready to prove it.
Right from the start, you could tell these guys embraced our culture with a clear 3-1 win over SKCalalas (even though SK was fantastic). Pioneers were no match either, since another 3-1 victory sent us to the very first Grand Final of the year against Havoc. The score? You guessed it, 3-1.
This is just the beginning. The road to the World Championship Finals is long, and last year’s setback only fuels our fire. February’s Monthly Final can only be a promise to our fans and a warning to our opponents. We’ll be there no matter what.

CLASH OF CLANS WORLDS RUNNER UP
Clash of Clans. Our last stand. Our shot at becoming the 2024 World Champions.
A few months ago, Cronos, Nebrax, Excosist, Riqirez, Jojo23, Stephan and Sir iron had no idea they would be competing in the World Finals. Few expected them to make it out of the Last Chance Qualifier, especially from the lower bracket. Facing the reigning World Champions twice to secure the final golden ticket seemed impossible. And yet, they pushed through, making a powerful entrance in Helsinki.
The arena buzzed with energy. MMG and Stamina felt it in the group stage, and our eyes were locked on the trophy. There would be no stopping us. Even M.T.F.Y, who led in the semifinals, couldn’t hold us back after their last attack yielded only a single star. But the grand obstacle we couldn’t overcome was Synchronic. In a fiercely fought Grand Final, they lifted the trophy, leaving us once again in second place.
It wasn’t the result we wanted, but this journey was far from expected. From nearly disqualified to second-best in the world, we proved what Tribe stands for. This season has only strengthened our resolve. We crave that first place more than ever, and next year, we’ll be back to claim it.
