About the role: 

The role of an account manager would be for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats–at all times! From creative ideation, talent identification, budget distribution, devising timelines, and meeting with clients at conventions and events, this role allows one to really be exposed to all facets of brand work in the gaming industry. 

In essence, this position offers a full-window view into the gaming industry and on how clients and brand partners interact with esports teams, and how multiple internal departments come together to provide a working relationship that contributes to the advancement of all things gaming. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with new and existing clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies 
  • Design, organize, and execute an optimal campaign inside budget and internal capabilities 
  • Identify and secure talent before campaign launch via successful outreach and expectation management 
  • Contribute to continual operational innovations in campaign management, talent management, and optimization of internal resources 
  • Utilize all available staff and resources to produce quality content for execution 
  • Devise and adhere to a campaign timeline and schedule 
  • Execute campaign effectively, providing high-value efficiency tweaks where needed Lead all reporting and case study materials in conjunction with resources and platforms that measure campaign metrics, including but not limited to: finance, legal, talent, partnerships, and esports 

Requirements: 

  • 1 year of successful digital media campaign management or relevant client-based experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Well-versed in gaming content, and social media ecosystems (YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) 
  • Involvement and passion for video games and mobile gaming

About the role:

Tribe Gaming is looking for an HR Generalist to help run the daily functions of the Human Resource department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Tribe Gaming brand, as well as our mission to drive forward mobile gaming. Daily tasks include hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, creating employee experience programs, and developing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans 
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives 
  • Expand upon current employee perks, and develop programs to enhance the employee experience

Responsibilities:

  • Owning and maintaining partner and agency relationships, related to talent-specific activations
  • Negotiation of campaign rates, including nuanced brand deal terms
  • Outreach to prospective clients — both direct partners, as well as agencies
  • Leading and facilitating internal and external sales communications with talent, alongside relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and own client handoffs with internal execution teams, with ability to handle execution as needed

Senior Video Producer & Videographer (Full-Time)

Job Description:

As Senior Video Producer you will be expected to lead, develop, and manage our content team based in Austin, Texas. A strong candidate will have the ability to ideate, script, shoot, and direct content from start to finish. You will have strong technical expertise and knowledge of photo, video, audio, and lighting equipment. This role will require you to delegate tasks across different team members and foster comradery to achieve the intended goal. Branded content, white label production, documentaries, social media pieces, and internal initiatives will all fall under your scope of work. The ability to travel to shoot both offsite as well as in the studio is a must.

A big plus is if you are familiar with the mobile gaming culture around Tribe Gaming and the games we compete in and create content for.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct videographers ensuring the clients / your / Tribes concept is met
  • Direct editors on projects establishing the clients / your vision
  • Owning and overseeing the A-Z process from idea to finished content piece
  • Assist in planning and ideating future content for our content strategy.
  • Constant communication with your team and other teams across Tribe Gaming
  • Keep up with a fast-paced and varied production schedule (sometimes with tight turnarounds)

What we are looking for:

  • Local to Austin Texas or ability to relocate
  • A strong visual portfolio of content across multiple channels
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with software and hardware
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • You have led a team of videographers & editors in a previous full-time employment
  • Advanced 5+ years in content production and video shooting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A love for start-up environments, understanding and appreciating that it is no normal 9-5
  • Familiar with various shooting and editing styles
  • Excellent knowledge of Camera, lighting, and other production required hardware
  • Ability to direct editors to archive high-quality content
