STRATEGY


We assembled a fan kit comparable to a treasure chest of Samurai armor, featuring custom assets for Tribe's dedicated fans to adorn their social media with Tribe colors. A series of virtual collectible cards, reminiscent of the beloved baseball tradition in Japan and the US, symbolized a cross-cultural connection.
The crowning jewel of the campaign was the Tribe Room. This dynamic Zen garden adapted with the rhythm of the tournament, bearing witness to key milestones. From a modest birthday cake to manga-illustrated battles, to the ultimate poster hailing them "champions," or the poignant fall of the crimson Sakura petals - every element narrated a tale.

The room's centerpiece, the red blossom bonsai, was a symbol of Tribe's journey. The days leading up to the tournament unveiled the nurturing process of this tree - from planting to grooming to blooming - mirroring the team's meticulous preparation.





The room was filled with a diverse array of 3D models, all crafted in-house. There were over 25 elements in total, ranging from futuristic tech objects for sponsors, custom display cases for the baseball cards, elements inspired by the Brawl Stars game, and traditional Japanese fixtures. Each of these pieces added to the visual harmony of the Tribe Room.
