CRL Roster Announcement—King Joao!

Tribe’s pleased to announce that we’re adding another Latin American LEGEND to our squad—please welcome King Joao to the #TRIBEFAM!

This rockstar’s already made his mark in his home country of Brazil and internationally, but Tribe’s proud to say he’ll be bringing his talents to North America for the inaugural Clash Royale League season. His list of accomplishments already includes:

  • Top 5 CCGS LATAM Spring Season
  • Top 6 CCGS LATAM Fall Season
  • Top 4 CCGS Fall Invitational
  • Top 32 ESWC 2017
  • MGL Worlds Champion

CRL Roster Announcement—Jmonte!

Anotha one. 🔑

Today, we’re pleased to introduce the fourth member of our CRL lineup! You may already know him as the dab-master, dance god and king of the Clash Royale Arena… Justin “Jmonte” Montalbano!
Justin
A multi-talented player, he’s notorious for his unparalleled dance moves, along with his slick Clash Royale skills, which earned him a top 8 placement in the North American CCGS Fall Season, top 8 at the SXSW Super Magical Cup, and number one in our hearts.

Already a long-time member of the #TRIBEFAM, we’re elated to continue having his talent as a substitute in our squad, this time representing Tribe in the Clash Royale League! With his teammates Oxalate, B-rad, and Tommy, Tribe’s already got the competition quaking in their boots.

“Jmonte has not only proven to be a world-class dancer at Tribe, but a top-tier player as well. With a top-8 finish in both Fall CCGS and the SXSW Open Play event, he’s poised for a breakout season in the Clash Royale League, and we’re amped to have him join our roster for the upcoming split. CRL Roster Announcement—Tommy!

Today, we’re incredibly excited to announce the third member of our CRL starting lineup – Tommy “TOMMY” Constanti!

 

Tommy has an impressive array of championship titles to his name already, including the ESL Latin America Major Series, and placing in the top 16 LATAM in the previous CCGS Fall Season. Alongside Oxalate and B-rad, we’re absolutely certain our squad will make a splash in CRL this summer.

“I’m really excited to start this great adventure in Tribe Gaming. We’ll work hard to advance as far as possible and focus in achieving the dream of every CRL Player.”

Hailing from Nicaragua, Tommy is the only current player in our roster from outside of North America – he’ll be repping LATAM as a true Clash Royale beast!

Today, we’re proud to introduce Eelke as our new CRL Head Coach!

The Argentinian Clash Royale veteran is definitely one of the most seasoned coaches in the game—he’s previously served as coach and captain of the Argentinian national Clash Royale team.

He’ll be joining our CRL squad in our Los Angeles team house for the upcoming season—we couldn’t be happier to have this legend with the team. Under his tutelage, we’re certain our players will be a force to be reckoned with this CRL split.

We are looking for a talented Videographer!

We are looking for an experienced, proficient videographer, preferably with experience working in esports, to document the experiences and accomplishments of our competitive teams.
As our videographer, you will shoot and edit videos for highlight reels, recap videos, heavily narrative based video content around live events and or online completions. The turn-around time for content that we’re eager to create can be very short, therefore you should be able to adjust quickly, be willing to work unusual hours and put in extra time.
You’d be also working closely with our social media management to create content for our social media that fits our vision.

You are/have/would:
– A self-starter with a passion about everything to do with video, esports and always looking to level up the quality of our content
– Deliver high quality video content that supports our brand strategies and visual identities
– Ability to select the most effective shot of a scene in terms of look, story relevance or continuity
– Edit footage according to tight scripts and storyboards, or loose production guidelines
– Maintains all editing equipment, ability to troubleshoot problems, and actively facilitate repairs
– Maintain proper file structure and approach allowing for future edits/adaptations
– Willing to work late hours to finish short notice projects on a deadline
– Own basic video equipment to record and edit with
– Propose long and short-term ideas for overall brand and content strategy
– The ability to travel
– Based out of Los Angeles (plus) / based out of USA willing to relocate to Los Angeles (plus)

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of shooting video, editing and motion graphics design
– Advanced competence in video editing systems including, but not limited to AfterEffects, FinalCut, Premiere,
and related plug-ins and enhancement packages
– Experience in narrative-based event coverage / video content creation

CRL Roster Announcement – Oxalate!

Dominoes are starting to fall for the upcoming Clash Royale League, and we’re kicking off our roster reveal by unveiling our returning captain – Ian “Oxalate” Smith! Oxalate has decided to re-join the Tribe for the upcoming Clash Royale League, and he’ll be bringing our roster a wealth of experience, alongside a championship mindset.

“Oxalate was the first ever player to join our Clash Royale division, and it’s an honor that he’s decided to re-sign with us for the inaugural Clash Royale League season. His accomplishments in 2017 clearly speak for themselves, and we’re going all-in on our mission to add another trophy to his collection this year. Tribe Enters the Clash Royale League!

We’ve been anxious to reveal what we’ve been working on over last few months together with Supercell – and today is that day!

At Tribe, we’re ecstatic to have been selected to join 7 other iconic esports organizations in the newly minted Clash Royale league for North America. We’ve experienced the thrills of Clash Royale esports over the last year first-hand, and this year is set to bring a whole new level of excitement to the existing Clash Royale esports scene.

“Having worked with Supercell as an influencer since 2012, it’s been a long-standing goal of mine to collaborate with them on the future of mobile esports – and today marks the beginning of that journey. At Tribe, we’ve been heavily invested in Clash Royale esports over the last year & are excited as the competitive scene switches to a team-based format for 2018. We’re hard at work preparing our roster and support staff for the upcoming season – stay tuned announcements coming soon!”

Tribe Vainglory – 2018 Roster Announcement

We’re pleased to welcome gabevizzle, Oldskool, and ILoveJoseph to the Tribe, as they join our 5V5 Vainglory roster for the upcoming VPL season. The trio was supremely dominant throughout 2017, having won both Unified Championships and placing third in the World Championship. We’re extremely excited to have their talent and skills on our team, and we hope that our fans welcome them to the Tribe with open arms.

“Adding on a star-studded trio like Gabe, Skool, and Joseph was a dream for us heading into the Vainglory Premier League. Our players have always been on friendly terms, and assembling this team was strictly based around one goal – defending our Vainglory World Championship. Not only do we have high aspirations competitively, but I’m also personally excited to work with the new trio on building up their brands, Twitch, and YouTube channels. DNZio has also expressed interest in helping them clickbait effectively.”

Additionally, we’re thrilled to be bringing back ‘HotSauceUT’ as our head coach, with ‘Vyzeox and ‘pepetapia’ providing support as analysts for the team.

As a final note, ttigers expressed interest in pursuing a substitute role following the 2017 competitive season. We look forward to having him as part of the team, and ares providing valuable insight to our starting players.

Vainglory World Champions!

After a hard-fought weekend of games, we squared off again East Asia’s ACE Gaming in the Vainglory World Championship Grand Finals. While ACE was a worthy opponent, 5 games later we came out on top as the 2017 Vainglory World Champions.

We’re excited to have brought back North America’s very first Vainglory World Championship!
