About this role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking a Social Media Intern to join the team! The Social Media Intern will be responsible for assisting in the creation and managing of content across all social media platforms, including Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. In addition, this role will have an opportunity to actively participate and contribute to the social creative process, while also learning about Tribe Gaming’s unique approach to social media.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create high-quality and engaging content for Tribe Gaming across multiple social platforms – including content for our Partners: Samsung & AT&T.
  • Support the operations of Tribe Gaming’s white label series which includes providing live coverage from clipping highlights/top plays to directly posting on the white label account.
  • Participate in Social Media creative ideation, providing input and ideas for major activations, campaigns and partnerships deliverables, and identifying trends and opportunities for Tribe to join the conversation.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in the development and execution of the overall Social Media Strategy.
  • Assist and support the social operations for Tribe Socials including supporting the asset creation process in partnership with the creative and content teams to develop engaging and on-brand social media content, posting social content across the platforms, and providing social coverage for various esports events as needed.
  • Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest social platform updates, trends, and capabilities in order to define and adjust content strategy to platform/algorithm best practices.

What it takes to be successful:

  • Prior experience, exposure to or interest in Social Media
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on nights and/or weekends from time-to-time as needed
  • Interest in the Gaming and/or Influencer space
  • Local to Austin, TX with the ability to be in office a few days a week as needed

Welcome to the Mobile Club House | AT&T

The Tribe Mobile Club House is a brand new, state-of-the-art retrofitted RV that will serve as the new hub for its creators and fans. It sports an exciting design wrap on the exterior and features an expansive interior with a lounge, photo wall opportunity with its many trophies, and an experiential section in the backroom for fans to enter and battle it out with creators or their friends for prizes. To top it all off, AT&T will be powering the devices inside the Mobile Club House so that everyone can get in on the action!

MISSION GALAXY: WORLD RECORD EDITION

This year we set our sights beyond the stars with Mission Galaxy: World Record Edition.

In our second annual Mission: Galaxy event, OJ trapped two of the best Brawl Stars players in the world, Cori and Waseem, for 100 hours to break as many world records as possible to survive. Beans, crackers, bananas and the power of friendship were their only supplies.

Breaking world records isn’t easy. That’s why they maximized their chances by using the best device in the market, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (spoiler alert: they beat a lot). Breaking a record allowed Cori and Waseem to claim items from the market, such as a bed, food, shower access and gem giveaways. Did they become best friends or bitter rivals? About this role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking a Partnerships Account Manager who will be tasked with the execution and project management of organization-wide activations that are closed by our sales team. This role will play a crucial role in delivering successful activations and maintaining strong client relationships. They will be responsible for managing communication with clients, overseeing the execution of activations, and collecting post-campaign metrics to create reports for clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing execution of campaign and influencer activations, overseeing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including coordinating with influencers, managing deliverables, overseeing owned and operated videos, and ensuring successful live/experiential activations.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, serving as the primary liaison between the organization and clients, relaying internal feedback to clients, attending meetings, providing regular updates, fulfilling client requests, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Clearly communicating client expectations to all relevant teams within the organization, ensuring that deliverables and projects are completed on time and meet the required standards of satisfaction.
  • Tracking activations and providing reporting, monitoring the progress and performance of campaigns, collecting relevant data and metrics and creating monthly reports for clients in order to offer insights and recommendations based on the campaign results.
  • Leading the financial aspect of activations, invoicing clients, tracking down payments and ensuring that talent are paid.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, consistently seeking to positively impact client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing excellent service and being responsive to client needs.
  • Providing top-notch service to clients, ensuring that clients’ concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed client expectations.
  • Improving the efficiency of campaign operations, actively seeking opportunities to streamline and optimize the account management workflow, identifying areas where processes can be improved, and making suggestions for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Upselling and growing existing partnerships, playing a key role in growing revenues committed to each activation.

What it takes to be successful:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role involving talent
  • A self-motivated and independent individual who can navigate relationships with talent, publishers and clients and handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of YouTube, Twitter, and other social platforms in order to to effectively communicate and coordinate with influencers and understand the best practices for social media activations.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges or issues that arise during the campaign process.
  • Able to work collaboratively with various teams and departments within the organization. This includes coordinating with the sales team, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • A broad understanding of different types of social media activations familiar with industry best practices in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to partners, talent, and clients.
  • Responsive, proactive, and able to effectively communicate across several verticals.
  • Local to Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office 2-3 days per week.

Tribe Gaming is seeking a Partnerships Operations Intern to join the team! As a Partnerships Operations Intern, you will be primarily responsible for executing one-off influencer marketing campaigns while managing several different stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies and publishers, and representing Tribe Gaming as their main contact for executing several influencer marketing campaigns. Additionally, this role is supporting the partnership department with regular upkeep of internal resources/tools & assisting with sales prospecting.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Executing one-off influencer marketing campaigns, including:
    • Reviewing all legal agreements to ensure proper compliance and terms
    • Keeping open lines of communication with client, talent & other stakeholders
    • Ensuring proper deliverable fulfillment from talents
    • Providing post-campaign analytics to client & record for in-house bookkeeping
    • Setting up meetings, creating meeting agendas, taking clear, organized notes on every call and sending recaps emails with any next steps
    • Owning the Talent Fee disbursement for all closed campaigns, coordinating with Finance for any past-due payouts
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales & Activations team to coordinate and manage various sponsor deals, ensuring smooth execution and fulfillment of partnership obligations, including:
    • Scheduling internal kick-off calls with relevant stakeholders
    • Ensuring there is proper visibility and coverage with the Partnerships team
    • Staying up to date on progress and status of campaigns once transitioned
  • Providing the Partnerships Team with administrative back-end support with CRM platforms, including:
    • Regularly ensuring data compliance & data hygiene from internal stakeholders
    • Working with CRM platforms’ support teams to help implement improvements
  • Providing sales prospecting assistance to the Partnerships team, including:
    • Identifying & collecting contact information of decision makers of potential partners across games, publishers and brands
    • Conducting research on a wide variety of games, publishers & brands to identify their spending habits & areas of opportunities for Tribe
