Account Manager (Full Time)

An Account Manager for Tribe Gaming will lead execution for our influencer marketing campaigns. This role will be able to coordinate multiple projects with short deadlines interfacing with both external clients and internal teams and influencers.

Your Mission

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Point of contact between external partners/clients and internal team
  • Coordinate client deliverables and ensure they are fulfilled on-time and to high proficiency
  • Manage client feedback and guidelines for successful execution by content creators
  • Quality control as last line of defense before assets are shared and released
  • Lead internal and external client meeting logistics, prepare meeting notes and materials, record of meeting information, and provide updates to relevant parties
  • Effectively and efficiently disseminate material and information between content creators and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain an organizational structure working between the partnerships team and accounts team
  • Be a champion in establishing and maintaining positive and professional working relationships with staff, vendors, clients, and content creators

Player Profile

Minimum Level:

  • 1-year experience in account, sales, operations, or project management – ideally within the gaming and esports industry
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines while remaining organized, detail-oriented and friendly
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starter who thrives on taking ownership of projects with limited oversight
  • Proficient in Discord or the willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
  • Ability to relocate to Austin, TX within the next 3 months
  • Gaming enthusiast
